All handmade soaps should be kept in a dry, cool, dark storage space to maximize its lifespan. Since our soaps are scented using essential oils, the scents will dissipate over time. When the soap is in use, make sure it has sufficient drainage to dry in between uses, as water will wash the soap away.
Our bar soaps won’t go bad, but over time may lose some of the potency of their scents, if mishandled. Number of washes too is subject to soap handling.

Our process produces a very mild soap. We think you will notice the difference. All soaps have chemical free base and safe to use for Hair, Skin and Face. Still if you find any trouble, stop the use, rinse your skin and seek your family physician immediately.

Handcrafted soap is processed and cut by hand; thus no two bars will be exactly alike. Temperature can make color appear slightly different from batch to batch, while design may also vary. Small pockets of air may form from a thick batter being poured. It does not affect the quality of the soap in the least! Color and scent may vary if kept in direct sun and soaked for too long.

Store bought commercial soaps contain detergents and are technically not classified as soap at all! Taruna Soapery soap is simply an emulsification of oils and salt. Commercial soaps are usually extremely drying and irritating to the skin. Instead of keeping the natural moisturizing qualities in the soap, commercial companies choose to sell chemicals and leave the bar of soap with very little moisturizing properties. Taruna Soapery Soaps are made of goat milk and glycerine, all natural bases giving a natural gentle soap that helps in uplifting, calming and moisturising irritated polluted skin. It can help to relieve dry skin, reduce scars, minimise wrinkles and is also known to comfort skin rashes, prickly heat, itching, when used regularly round the year.

Taruna Soapery Kids soaps are 100% safe to use in kids. All kids soaps are 100% handmade with soapy twist organic goat milk and glycerin base, authentic fragrances and Australian mica colors from my Mica Obsession. All kawaii erasers from Japan in Kids soaps are useable and safe for kids.

New Born Baby Powder Soap is specially SLS free, being safest to use among all soap categories. As you will try you will feel the difference.

We NEVER test our products on animals. Our friends and family happily volunteer to be our testers. All Taruna Soapery Soaps are personally used by Ms Taruna Jain and her family.

Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted products, unfortunately we are unable to return products. We put detailed descriptions on each item, so you know what you are buying and using, please read each product fully before buying. I do my best to give descriptions for each product. However if you are still unsure about the scent, I’d be happy to give a more simple description at request. Full size unused items may be returned if posted within 7 business days of receipt. Must be in original condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exchanges will be made for any other reason.

There will be NO RETURNS on any items with the exception of items found to be damaged or defective, and to be determined on a “case-by-case” basis only. If the product you received is in fact damaged or was sent by mistake, we will gladly do my best to fix the problem (for more info on this please contact us).

We ship individual customer orders within 2 business days of your received payment. (wholesale customers, allow 4-6 weeks) Orders placed during the holiday season often take longer, especially if you are placing a custom order, or if your order is especially large.
